CHALET  LE  RUISSEAU's contemporary interior compliments the beautiful traditional wood exterior, providing modern comforts with a traditional feel. 

The chalet has large fireplaces and balconies throughout offering a luxurious space where family and guests can relax after an enjoyable day on the slopes or summer activities.

The chalet lies in the hamlet of Plans Mayens at the head of a small valley, 20 minutes walk up from the centre of Crans.  A little "Ruisseau" stream below the chalet burbles along the garden boundary and surrounding woods.  The Chetzeron ski slope is on the door step so no need to drive there; guests can ski out in the morning and ski back to the chalet in the afternoon.

The chalet sleeps up to 17.  However, some accommodation is more suited to children or staff. It is very spacious with plenty of storage and cupboard space throughout. Please see FACILITIES for more information.

The chalet is laid out over five floors.

​

In 2019/20 we completely refurbished Floor -2 with a new living space layout, and improved bedrooms and bathrooms.  We also put in two doors that can be locked to allow the chalet to be rented out in two halves:-

The Upper Chalet takes up the top three floors, whilst the lower apartment has the bottom two.

​

Both have their own separate entrances and car parking areas.

​

The Upper Chalet has three ensuite double bedrooms though the third has no outer window (and a small child’s single bedroom beyond it).  It has an additional double bedroom and a bunk-bed room.  It can accommodate up to four couples and three children, total 11.

The Lower Apartment has a double ensuite with an additional single bed in it, a modern “cassette” double “inserted” into the main living space, with a separate modern shower room.  And on the lower floor a large double with ensuite bathroom with a twin accessed through the double.

​

It could accommodate two couples comfortably, three less so, plus three to five children.  Four adults and five children, total nine.
